My Multimeters
I have a collection of multimeters, battery testers and a USB meter. A USB meter was used to measure the power consumption of an app on a smartphone. Plug the charger into the USB neter and then into the smartphone. and fully charge the battery. The battery was fully charged, so the current must have been what the app required.
